CHENEY'S NON-INTERVENTION

Hi Buddy,

I'm waiting for the spotlight to get put on Tricky Dicky Cheney for his role in the rape of California.

Cheney met with Kenny Boy on April 16, 2001 for a strategy session. Days later, Cheney came out with "hand's off, let the markets work" message. Cheney had to know that criminal manipulation was occurring. And he is a complicit co-conspirator.
