JPR is a unique character. He is, in one word -- nuts! Sometimes more. Sometimes less. (Maybe depending on the phases of the moon!). But always nutty and living in a dream-world of his own, and twisting every event as somehow being favorable to India. If Rumsfeld slapped Vajpayee, JPR would have something wonderful to say even then!
