As Michael Tanner put it, “Allowing younger workers to join the program is the equivalent of crowding a few more passengers onto the Titanic.” I don't know how anyone could have put it better. It is very difficult for me to imagine why Obama hasn't gone to the FBI and said, "Getting my legislation depends on you guys getting rid of the fraud. Get off your butts and do it now." It is unimaginable to me they can't bust some of these guys within a couple months. It isn't that complicated. A huge bureaucracy, but these people are easy to find. Most are home health or DME providers who went from billing zero to big money in the course of a month. Very few organizations do that. Just ridiculous.
