I never knew my paternal grandfather. He died a couple years before I was born. My dad gave me his .38 when I was about 18 years old. As best I recall, I don't think I ever shot it. My brother thinks he and I both shot it, so maybe we did. Target shooting today must be costly, isn't it? Ammo not cheap. We have a huge gun show that comes through Denver annually. I think I'll go and just browse around, ask some questions to see where I can go to shoot legally. I used to really enjoy it.
