That's our OLD law! It stated that a man's home is his castle and he has the right to defend it. The new law states that the area around you, no matter where you're at, is your castle and you are allowed to defend yourself by any means if you feel "threatened". You no longer have to drag the body onto your property to avoid prosecution. It also states that you can do so without fear of a civil suit if you only cripple the son-of-a-bitch. BETTER law!
