As far as I know, the pref's have already converted 20% of their stock, but haven't converted anything since August. I think one of the investors needed the money for another venture and converted. You may want to check on that 2 year requirement for this reg-s deal. I don't believe that to be the case, but I could be wrong. Anyway, even if the pref's can convert now, their not, which hopefully is a good sign. Remember, the rollout is very close and e-school should be an added bonus.
