Well, after reading Accent's 10Qsummary I'm still sitting down... and wondering why L&H would buy stock in this company. Just looking at the summary, I wouldn't. However, I must believe that there is something here that L&H sees in this company that we don't. The technology that L&H could receive form this company may be very cheep at their current stock price. Perhaps this stock purchase is just the first step to a take-over of Accent. But why wouldn't they just make an outright offer to buy the company? Obviously the market wasn't too sure it liked this move by L&H today. Any comments on L&H's strategy would be appreciated. Dr. Bob, are you still out there? Any thoughts?
