Bruce...Versions 3 & 4 of SC QE are nothing like V2 and TS. Kinda like comparing a base model Chevy to a Caddy.

The biggest problem I have is the use of the "counter". No can do in SC. I've tried creating a user function for just the counter but it won't work.

Bruce what version of TS are you using? I believe I can only import the "EL" type files. If this is compatable with your TS. please send a copy of the compiled function. Also...this is an experiment <G>. I've seen other formulas that use the "counter" statement. Can you throw together something like this for me also:
___________________________________
Function name: Counter

Inputs: LenX(NumericSimple);

Vars: Counter(0);

formula:

If CurrentBar>LenX then begin
for Counter = 0 to LenX-1 begin

I don't know if will work the way I'm thinking but if so I could call this function in the Price statement when needed. It might get me around the loop problem. Should come in handy in the future too. Then there's the "flag" or "switch" usage with PE that I don't think I'll ever get around <G>.
