Pile ons or InsHannity I think the actual lawsuit will focus on Fox commentators who openly stated on air the coronavirus was a hoax and they will assert that Fox and Murdoch knew those were false statements that would harm viewers who thought they were true. The lawsuit will allege that the Murdochs were taking steps to protect themselves and their money while still allowing their employees and their network to continue to broadcast false information about the pandemic. It will allege that Fox and Murdoch demonstrated by their own actions that they knew harm would result from the pandemic. Many specific cases have appeared of people claiming they believed the virus was a hoax and then subsequently contracting the disease and dying. It will make interesting theater if not law. One day we will all just be another specimen on a pin in drawer somewhere, clearly if not correctly labeled. It really is a wtf for humanity, we have just been body slammed. It could turn into a financial rout with illionaires eating illionaires in every imaginable variation, all trying to avoid becoming aires, no one will want to make the call, they will have to. This is a huge luff that is very dangerous to every low value structure in the real. Nations, corporations, religions, all are going to be changed and that is assured before we have even assessed the full danger we face.
