As a Bexar County resident, I have met a couple of these people and they are just as gullible and idiotic as you can imagine. The guy on the left in the cowboy hat shows up at every Council meeting and says some of the most jaw-droppingly racist stuff you can imagine

Absolutely bizarre. The Bexar County GOP chair concludes this rally by stating that the coronavirus is a hoax perpetuated by Democrats, tells people to take off their masks, and then everyone hugs each other.
