They are acting as if they want to take the company private, and therefore to hell with stock price. However, stock price plays a major role in acquisitions, which are necessary to grow in this market. This is the worst company, as far as keeping investors informed, I have ever invested in. The only thing that keeps me in the stock are fundamentals, which are sound.
