You are missing my point entirely. This is not about breeding. You compare families to rabits.
In the US young families are going bankrupt in alarming numbers because the costs of raising kids and providing daycare are sky high. There is a new book out on this--i forget the author.
If you dont see the value in solvent, young families raising the future generation, you are blind. A flat tax doesnt have to be blind to a social imperative. Are you another follower of Ayn Rand? Mike
