The Constitution of Pak is a Cut-And-Paste Document-JPR
The president of pakistan is seeking a constitutional amendment that will give him the authority to dismiss the Prime Minister and the National Assembly. All this before the elections. Timely move. They better come into the assembly sessions with rubber stamps and ink pads, otherwise they are as good as gone. Is there a Staples in pakistan selling rubber stamps and ink pads? Benazir and Nawaz would not be able to become Prime Ministers for a third term, how convenient. The constitution of pakistan is being amended on a daily basis that it looks like a dog-ear. The constitution of pakistan is a cut-and-paste document; even an American Kindergarten child would not take a second look at it, because the crayon markings are outside the lines: the child remembers the teacher telling him/her "stay inside the line."

This is what Pervert Musharaff calls as the special kind of democracy for pakistan.
The amazing thing is that this Super-Duper 2-bit general shakes in his boots when the high official of the US Govt calls him, visits him or demands of him certain things like keeping the LoC Al Qaeda-free. He tries to fool them by saying one thing and doing something else. The US officials got wind of it and now they visit him or call him on a daily basis to make sure that he keeps his word, he does what he says, and he keeps the elections in Kashmir Al-Qaeda-free and Pakistan honest. We know now that only 10% of pakistanis voted in the referendum.

What is the general going to do with all these powers concentrated on his cottonpicking hands? He can as well declare himself the Monarch (Butterfly) of pakistan. Tell me now, who is going to object? The people, Foggedabowdit!. The US and the West, what do they care as long as he delivers.
