Some late breaking news folks....

Amer Power Conversion Earnings -3: Revises Rev Distribution

Dow Jones News Service via Dow Jones

American Power Conversion Corp. (APCC) reiterated it believes it should be
able to generate revenue growth for 1997 in the 20%-to-25% range based on its
first-quarter figures.

The company also revised its quarterly revenue distribution for the second
half of 1997 to about 28% from 27% for the third quarter; and to about 29% from
30% in the fourth quarter.

The company said the distribution for the second quarter remains at about 23%.

This is a Solid company, no question about that....AT&T global and NCR have positioned APCC as the primary supplier for UPS's....I will let you know more soon.....
