Hi Trey, As you know, the departure of a CFO during financial duress usually bodes ill for the company. It often takes at least a quarter for new CFO to decipher the books and the following quarterly report, especially if it's late, tends to be full of previously unreported financial woes. Given that JTS's CFO W. Virginia Walker quit in late May (implies that the June report was prepared by Walker) and the new CFO Joseph A. Prezioso was formally promoted to the position in July, do you think we have a classic "CFO departure debacle" here? Current inordinate delay in reporting coupled with last month's heavy volume transactions all at the BID price seriously concerns me. Your opinion will be appreciated. NI By the way, has Prezioso ever been a CFO?
