Two points, first, you probably should be using 25+ million shares due to double counting on NASDAQ (i.e. market maker buys 1000 shares then turns around and prints them (1000) for a customer); second, look at the intra-day volatility the past 3 days. Day traders have been having a field day with SUNW, this has been a perfect day trading stock and I suspect quite a bit of the volume is day trading. I know in the past I traded SUNW up to 15 times a day.
