I'm thinking the state has more evidence about that than Rat does
If they had it, they would have shared it with the media immediately.

Don't kid yourself, this was brought about by the mob. Likely some high profile legal "experts" out there told the prosecution that they can and should shoot for the moon ... or else.

Unless of course you think these decisions are being made in a complete vacuum, with no influence whatsoever from all the protests across the country and even around the world.
