Michael, your vision of a tax system works well for me. I can tell you that when the Reagan era flatter taxes came on line almost all of the people I dealt with (corporate execs) were very pleased and got out of their tax shelters. They really didn't mind if they paid more tax as they thought the system was reasonable. Will
