Both companies could have agreed that cetain details of the agreement would not be made public, just as both companies played it pretty close to the vest on the sticking points that delayed the agreement for so long. As for Nokia GSM IP. hard to say since not specifically spelled out. I remain hopeful that this is a win/win and leads to greater synergy between the companies. - Eric -
