Let's take a look at some short term calls.

<DHI how sweet it is. I am confused about the WBB thing. I did read where a big REIT and a big conventional home builder are vying to buy them. I personally would be surprised if this was DHI.>

Cary, the Wall Street Journal thinks it's DHI.

Wall Street loves the CON deal. First of all because it is not an acquisition but a merger and second of all because it is accrettive to earnings and most importantly is the immediate PE and margin improvement that DHI will derive upon completion of the deal.
