If you put a text in a ceasefire agreement saying that 'the Defence Secretary of the losing side must hop on one leg holding a stuffed chicken for 33 minutes precisely on the second Thursday each month' and you find out that he hasn't... is war justified? How about if he only hopped for 32 minutes, on the Wednesday? You asked a hypothetical question... I gave an answer depending on the hypothetical. If it's relevant to the cause of war, then yes, basically... Obvious if you choose to read it. Bye.
