The financial sector is following in the footsteps of the HB's

The ridiculousness of the recent run-up is only matched in spirit by the HB's from August 2006 to early 2007.
Those of you who were here will remember how absurd this seemed, and turned out to be.

Those buying financial stocks now are simply dreaming of duplicating past returns.
As you say Chancels, how you gonna grow equity now?
All the talk of delayed cash flow is total BS, as if people were going to hold these stocks for another 5 years.
They're just dreaming of GS going to new highs by the fall.

As I said before, the financial sector is being held together by a few paper clips and some chewing gum.

Nobody knows the catalyst, but there are a whole lot of warnings out there.
