they were wrong. i said so in my post. i didn't defend them. i corrected them. why the obvious hoax? just because i posted tea party black men - and one from arizona?
i don't know they lied... after all, msnbc tucked away the african american host and kept her off the front host page. i posted the video of proof of that.
narrated by a tea party black woman who you claim don't exist.
i also posted a video of tea partiers cheering wildly for a black man who wasn't speaking about lynching another black man.
i posted a two other tea party african americans who won their nomination.
i posted an african american tea party candidate from arizona.
i posted a tea party african american in illinois who was being shut out of a race based on a new miniscule rule...
oh, that's why the hoax... YOU CAN'T ADDRESS THE FALLACY OF YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM.

again, msnbc hid the ex fox african american off their host line up. the video documented proof of this. if you have proof to the contrary, provide it, otherwise, you are speaking of things as fact that are simply your self serving opinion. since msnbc hid the african american host from view... well, it is reasonable a mistake to make, right? especially for someone who relies on a picture of the host line up to be accurate - which is a reasonable assumption.
the two known facts are that the article was wrong and msnbc kept their african american host off the front page for years.

one of the comments of the video i posted also noted the misinformation. again, msnbc kept the ex fox new african american host off of their front page that listed their hosts - and easy mistake... but why was the african american kept off the front page?

i *never* said that. for one, i never called the tea party noble. they do have some noble issues (which you obviously prefer to ignore by waving hands and crying racist in all directions). they have other issues that aren't so noble, imho. i also don't know they are lying or if they made a mistake. i could see the mistake as msnbc didn't bother to put their african american host on the front host page.

i've never known it not to work very well when properly applied, whether someone is winning gold medals or losing 600 lbs of excess fat and having healthy blood work. however, the zone isn't strict b/c everyone is different so it can be modified. it doesn't mean modifications are necessarily outside the zone. the zone principles might not work for everyone, but everyone ought to try it in good faith and verify it doesn't work.
