The primary responsibility of this position is to develop high-performance logic transistors for 90nm, 65nm and/or 45nm technology, which may involve exploration of novel device architectures and/or substrate materials. SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS: All candidates for these positions will have a strong fundamental understanding of solid state device physics, sub micron FET architectures and the implications of device characteristics and performance on technology and microprocessor product behavior. Candidates must have strong capabilities in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments and will coordinate with the ASTA joint venture integration and processmodule groups.
