We can't expect the average Muslim to put an end to hatred as long as they live in a vaccum of information. We need to create an environment of knowledge from our own leaders to redefine our mission in the Middle East. We need to rise above the rhetoric of terror and create a better understanding for the Muslims we are trying to help. How can we expect them to trust us until the average American shows some degree of compassion and respect for the average Muslim. We are just beginning to sort through the It is interesting to read military books on the Middle East. The books are filled with respect for the Sunni Kurds and Shi'a in Iraq that are trying to wipe out the terror cells. It is hopefull to see statements from clerics like the Grand Mufti in Egypt. He is condemning the Salafis as the impure part of Islam.

The education is just beginning to hit the surface. We have a long ways to go before we can better understand how to help Islamic countries protect themselves from the jihadi AQ.
