What kind of stupid management does APPI(E) have that they make an announcement regarding dividends when they haven't filed their 10-K with the SEC. They better strenghten their accounting department before deciding how to give away their assets. When their finally finish their 10-K they might find out that they don't have as many assets as they thought.

In looking back over previous filings, it appears that APPI has a pattern of filing the sec reports late. If the accounting department can't get the reports filed on time, APPI needs to get a new head of the accounting department. If a company doesn't have a strong accounting department, they might just as way forget about being in the business. JMO but I am hopping mad at APPI.
