CC, <I am surprised that you include me in the list> Don't be surprised CC. Your approach is conservative IMO but the fact remains that you have first hand experience with the property and you purchased and continue to hold the stock. I believe you to be an honest and fair man. I do believe that your interpretation of certain things is incorrect and investment decisions should not be based on unproven accusations and I truely believe ocean fishing is way better than fresh water fishing. I think you have made a mistake by decreasing your position but I definitely yield the experience to you and hope that all your questions get answered. Chuck
