As I understand it, there are 105 million shares outstanding (up from 90 million just a few weeks ago). Up to 150 million shares are authorized which means 45 million more could still be issued if this Reg S financing fiasco is still continuing.

This is what I can piece together. If anyone can confirm or correct, please do.
