The fact is Bush-cheney pushed to deny habeus corpus and gave themselves the power to deny it to ANYONE - and I mean anyone - they don't like. That's actually a njew secret law they wrote themselves. It's on the books. It's called an executive order and Cheney's attorney made it up, thinking it could supersede the Constitution. No checks and balances so Bushies can do anything they want, even murder people. That's fascism, even if they haven't exploited it much yet.

But look what they did to Pat Tillman, Murdered him. You think Bushies can be trusted one iota? No F'ing way. They are a true menance to US democracy and the sooner they're history the better. Even half the Republicans agree with that.
