PRMBD: Premier Brands. Only one MM: OLIE (Olsen out of Salt Lake) Company is listed as being Hqd. in Newport Beach and supposedly sells "sports memorabilia". when you finally do track down the company and call for information (messages only, in Salt Lake City), an Olsen broker calls. When you do trades with Olsen they don't print them (within ten minutes or even by the end of the day) Stock did a 64 to 1 split and is quoted 5 by 15! Olsen and PRMBD are both criminals and need to be investigated by both the SEC and Nasdaq.
