FYI another post from someone who was researching USWC:

This is VERY interesting. This county requested e911 from VERIZON AND WESTERN WIRELESS ONLY, and they had a meeting with them. Verizon and Western is sending this county a checklist to be prepared to receive E911. Can you feel it? They didn't deny them.
