Please clarify the Wits Basin option
agoracom.com

* On January 18, 2006, Wits Basin states the option is to purchase certain assets of the Hunter Gold Mining Corporation (a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada), including the Bates-Hunter Gold Mine and the Golden Gilpin Mill located in Central City, Colorado.

* On September 15, 2004, Wits Basin states the option is to purchase the Hunter Gold Mining Corp, a Canadian corporation, and its wholly owned US subsidiary, Hunter Gold Mining Inc., which owns a 100% interest in the Bates-Hunter Gold Mine and the Golden Gilpin Mill located in Central City, Colorado.

Which of the above is correct?

If the January 18, 2006 press release is correct, when did WITM modify the option?

This request was posted on the WITM board at Agoracom.com. Previous post that requested info and questioned some info which was bolded, underlined, or contained italics was deleted by Agoracom ... stated the post was yelling and violated their TOU. IMO the post did not violate any TOU -- either Agora or WITM did not want the message posted. In addition, prior to the deleted post, I asked about Stephen King; that question was never answered or even acknowledged.
