I speak with the company almost every day. If you look back a couple of releases you'll see that they raised some money from people close to the company. In talking with the company I found out that Mr. Serrato had invested in the company along with his family for a "couple of hundred thousand dollars". I am amazed at the things that are happening with this company. Unfortunately, there seems to be no one listening - not yet anyway. (no offense Joseph). The lack of activity in this stock is unbelievable considering all that's going on. And the company says this is the tip of the iceberg. By the way, they are currently filing their FORM 10 with the SEC to become a fully reporting company.
