Supposing the Nevada judge had found he did have jurisdiction over me. I'd have had to either muddle through a long drawn out battle pro se, hired a lawyer and spent big bucks, or just caved and apologized to avoid the other two. Knowing me I'd fight it. But suppose I won. Then what? I'd still have to sue for malicious prosecution just to get back my legal expenses. AZNT/Sylver have no money to give so I'd probably have to eat the legal fees a second time. Thank goodness it didn't come to that. Thank goodness the SEC investigated AZNT and is now prosecuting them for securities fraud. Many people here are not that lucky. When you consider that many states don't have anti-SLAPP legislation or have even turned it down you just have to gag.
