FYI: The SEC has just completed an internal review of its Office of Enforcement. Among the key recommendations is speeding up investigations by shortening internal deadlines and streamlining internal processes. Another is implementation of a staff training program to enhance attorney's business knowledge. Maybe if SEC attorney's understood the business significance of SLUP's alliance with Kemper and its role in the rise in SLUP's/share value in April, this whole mess would never have happened and our tax dollars could have been used to catch the real crooks in the game! sec.gov
