Truth- I think you're right about "Offshore" rather than "Onshore", since that fits the facts that we already have. Could have sworn I heard it as I wrote it though... BTW, if Shell buys Fletcher that'll make Shell the only game in town, which the NZ government may be unwilling to permit. pg
