It's not a war against Islam, any more than the Cold War was a war against the people of Russia. But those pseudo-Islamic "leaders" who are decreeing the slaughter of innocents in the guise of theistic orthodoxy have made captives, and ardent followers of many who have been taught, since birth, to hate. Nice post, thank you. I was explaining this to a fried over the weekend. My metaphor was 'the attack on Iraq is about controlling Iraq as much as D-Day was about controlling some nice beach front real estate in Normandy'. If 9-11 was our Pearl Harbour then Iraq is our D-Day. Paul
