Yes, I believe you are right if the price is ABOVE the specified range. I was wondering if there might not be some incentive for folks to push the price BELOW the specified range. (Isn't the range $4.88 to $5 something?) I just assumed that the number of shares could be adjusted either up or down. Is that not the case???? GE
