Unless you're going to go with an ARM, the Fed's move today hurt you. Bond yields were up 15 basis points today and that is a more relevant guide to where 15 and 30 year fixed-mortgages will go. I think the bond market would have preferred a more gradual approach.

You should still be OK. Mortgage rates have come down a long way.
