Watching MSNBC tonight. 10:48 pm, 1:48 am EDT. Joe Trippe was on with Scarborough. The dude looks like he was dragged out of a nearby alley. Does he have a drug problem? Alcohol? Man, he looked like he'd been through the wringer. Scarborough, by the way, looked like he'd just shaved and dressed.
