Seattle will move to dismantle 'Chaz' occupied protest zone, mayor says

I guess the city has had enough with the rapes, the burglaries, the assaults, the arson, the property destruction, and of course, the two shootings that occurred within a 48-hour period.

Except for Seattle's First Lady of Socialism, of course. "Kshama Sawant, a Socialist city councilwoman, has pushed for the precinct to be “turned over permanently into community control”. She recently announced on Twitter that she would be introducing legislation to convert the east precinct into a community center for restorative justice."
