Q3 qnd Q4 both down a penny; EPS for 2000, down a penny;

EPS for 2001 down 2 pennies.

Number of analysts recommending, down 1; in addition lost 2 Strong Buys and gained a Buy and a Hold; overall recommendation remains at 1.7.
