John, i beg your pardon,

i never met to insinuate that anyone HERE is "a few rocks shy of a full load" quite the contrary really!! I have read many of the posts here and find the things that you guys are doing quite complex and mind stimulating to say the least!! I simply wanted to state for the record that easy language doesn't appear that difficult, i mean all you have to do is to physically write out your system/showme/paintbar, then convert it into a mathmatical formula, set your buy/sell parameters and let it fly! Now having said that my next system will be a "nested loop" (nested begin/then/else loop) with an array to capture the wanted data. I'm sure this will be a humbling experience.

Sorry for any misunderstanding and i'm sure your right about learning easy language from SC 3.0 manual, however, the manuals that come with tradestation are intimidating to say the least. I received the following manuals with my tradestation 4.0 (getting started manual, users manual, downloader manual, server manual, technical indicator/systems manual) the users manual is 600 pages alone!! The best thing that i got was the 5 tapes (approx. 2 hours long each) from Omega that cover vitually all of the basics.
