And when SOCIALIST INCLINED GOVERNMENTS, i.e. those previously run by the Democratic Party, INCREASE TAXES that Black Hole, as depicted, is usually down which the Taxpayer's Money goes, because the INDIVIDUAL IS FAR BETTER AT HANDLING THEIR OWN MONEY THAN IS THE GOVERNMENT !!!
