"rising support line on the Dow".... Must be the one out of the July low. For purists, this isn't a very important line, since the index failed to achieve a new high after it bounced off that line last time. But... we're not purists. Besides, it is crossing right near the 78.6% retracement of the September rally... where the index bottomed today so far. Maybe together they'll be able to stop the decline.. at least for a while.
