Bernard I agree with you about MOT...but I think TERN is #2 in the cable modem market. 11% comes to mind which admittedly is way below MOT's lead. Several months ago MOT was facing sales versus production problems. But that's an old story with MOT. CMTO has had problems as well, primarily getting components along with a couple of other challenges. I believe they got a new CEO but then again, I don't follow CMTO either. Will be interesting to watch this race unfold. Who knows, TERN may just surprise you when the day is done. Shalom Bernard, Merylee
