Dont be factecious. After dealling with so many people you should know the kind of people we are dealling with here. These people would rather go broke and take everyone else with them down the drain than give an inch and say they failed. I wonder how much pressure was actually put on Leyland to actually make him get rid of the sales force, I would expect a LOT. There are a lot of people with similar psychological makeup in the bay area/silicon valley and they are good to really move things, but they never know when to stop against people much more powerful than them and have a lot more resources. Most of the failures in silicon valley have to do with not knowing when to try something else rather than going head on against something. BTW I do respect you, You seem one of the few doctors willing to look at them as people rather than another appointment and bring in another consultation fee. Too many doctors I delt with have the "I need to make so much money so what can I do to get that with the least amount of work tactic." Including prescribing useless and unnecessary treatments and treating them as just numbers to make their end.
