Since when is that the definition of a gift?...the real definition is: something that is bestowed voluntarily and without compensation, so in this case, the Reagans most definitely received a gift in the form of real estate in that they did not pay for the property at the time title was rendered, but rather a third party provided the monies....now whether or not they planned on paying AT SOME LATER DATE is not of meaning here.
