Hi:

I've been lurking around for a while and have greatly appreciated many of the contributions. I am looking for some insight into the following:

1) If we assume there is a hostile takeover going on and that the gold is there, what are the implications for those who hold the stock after everything shakes out?

2) Also, does anyone know the aggregate holdings of Walsh, Felderhoff & other top Bre-X management as a percentage of shares outstanding? i.e. do they have effective control?

Any information much appreciated. Thanks.
