Some body had posted something similar on one of the threads re. stocking up food etc. I even recognized one name, Yourdon, from courses taken in the past. Surprised to see that people who are doing this are not on the fringe or may be they are. Hell, may be we should come up with y2k vacation plan our selves.

Regardless, seems like the market is discounting the prospects for SI, consulting shops etc. May be time to keep very short term investment outlook and behave accordingly. Buy and hold does not seem to work.
